Return and Refund policy

In case the item/s delivered do not conform with the item/s ordered, Blue Moon Coffee will replace the item/s and shoulder the shipping fee provided the following are met:
  • The coffee pouch is not yet opened.
  • Official and delivery receipt can be provided
  • Request/concern is lodged within 7 days from date of receipt
