• Each 250-gram pack of Blue Moon Coffee makes 15 to 20 servings of brewed coffee when 12-15 grams of grounds is used per cup.
• For the ideal coffee to water ratio, try using 10 grams of ground coffee for every 150-160 ml of water heated to 90+ degrees Celsius. You can adjust the intensity of your coffee by adding or reducing the amount of coffee or water; the strength of the taste will depend on how much coffee grounds you use per cup.
• The grind size will affect the taste and strength of your coffee for the brewing method you choose.
• To retain the optimal flavor and aroma of your whole beans or ground coffee, store it in a dry and sanitary area. Make sure the zip locks are tightly closed with minimal air exchange for an air-tight seal.
• With good storage practices, your coffee roast can be enjoyed past the recommended date.

In case the item/s delivered do not conform with the item/s ordered, Blue Moon Coffee will replace the item/s and shoulder the shipping fee provided the following are met:
• The coffee pouch is not yet opened.
• Official and delivery receipt can be provided.
• Request/concern is lodged within 7 days from date of receipt.
