OUR STORY

Blue Moon Coffee is Philippine coffee! Gathered from select sustainable coffee farms along the slopes of Bukidnon’s mountain ranges, blessed with sun and rain. We use over seven (7) kilos of fresh coffee berries to produce a kilo of our green coffee beans. This hand sorted coffee underwent an eight-stage process to bring to you one of the best coffees the Philippines has to offer.

The Blue Moon artisanal coffee is roasted in small batches so the coffee you get is always fresh. Honed by years of experience, our Master Roaster transforms the simple green coffee bean into a coffee roast that will yield one of the most complex and aromatic beverage in the world. Premium Quality Coffee

Blue Moon Coffee implements the best practice protocols for excellent coffee. Farmers are taught to be patient in harvesting, promoting the pick red only practice and to adhere carefully to post harvest protocols. Our beans undergo an eight-step process ending with meticulous hand sorting to ensure the best green coffee beans are produced, enhancing the flavors and sweetness of the coffee. Our beans are kept in climate-controlled rooms to ensure freshness of the beans.

Sustainably Sourced

Blue Moon Coffee promotes the indigenous coffee culture by supporting the local coffee industry. Direct interaction with farmers and farmer groups, through farm visits to coach coffee tree care, on-site lectures, advise on harvesting and processing protocols and physical quality control. This ensures better quality beans which Blue Moon purchases at a premium ensuring a far more equitable price to the farmer. This cycle encourages the farmers to engage in sustainable practices that can be carried on through the years
